Job Summary
As a GRC Engineer you will play a crucial role in managing and mitigating risks within the organization. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining governance risk and compliance frameworks. This position requires a strong understanding of risk management and audit management processes. The role is hybrid with no travel required and operates during day shifts.
Responsibilities
Implement and maintain governance risk and compliance frameworks to ensure organizational integrity.Conduct risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.Develop and execute audit management plans to ensure compliance with industry standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate risk management practices into daily operations.Monitor and report on risk management activities to senior management.Provide guidance and support to teams on risk mitigation strategies.Analyze audit findings and recommend corrective actions to address compliance gaps.Ensure that all risk management activities align with organizational goals and objectives.Develop and deliver training programs to enhance risk awareness across the organization.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and best practices in risk management.Utilize risk management tools and software to streamline processes and improve efficiency.Support the development of policies and procedures related to governance risk and compliance.Contribute to the continuous improvement of risk management processes and frameworks.
Qualifications
Possess a strong understanding of risk management principles and practices.Demonstrate experience in audit management and compliance processes.Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Show proficiency in using risk management software and tools.Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.Display the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model.Hold a bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
