Job Summary
As an Infra. Technology Specialist you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our IT infrastructure with a focus on Ivanti solutions. You will ensure seamless operations and contribute to enhancing the efficiency of our systems. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of IT infrastructure and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
Manage and optimize IT infrastructure to ensure seamless operations and high efficiency.Implement and maintain Ivanti solutions to enhance system performance and security.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT strategies with business objectives.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and disruptions.Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders.Develop and document IT processes and procedures for consistent and reliable operations.Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve infrastructure capabilities.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in IT management.Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.Facilitate training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge in Ivanti solutions.Participate in strategic planning to align IT infrastructure with future business needs.Drive initiatives to improve system scalability and adaptability to changing demands.Collaborate with vendors and partners to ensure optimal performance of IT solutions.
Qualifications
Possess strong technical expertise in Ivanti solutions with a minimum of 6 years of experience.Have a solid understanding of IT infrastructure management and optimization.Demonstrate experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.Exhibit proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.Show capability in developing and documenting IT processes and procedures.Display knowledge of industry standards and best practices in IT management.Experience in conducting audits and assessments to identify improvement opportunities.

Ivanti Certified Expert ITIL Foundation Certification
