Job Summary
The Principal Infra Developer will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing infrastructure solutions within the Life and Annuities Insurance domain. With a focus on Mulesoft Platform Administration the candidate will ensure seamless integration and functionality of systems. The role requires a hybrid work model and offers a day shift schedule with no travel required.
Responsibilities
Oversee the design and implementation of infrastructure solutions tailored to the Life and Annuities Insurance sectorEnsure optimal performance and reliability of systems through effective Mulesoft Platform AdministrationCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and enhance existing systemsProvide technical expertise and guidance in infrastructure development and maintenanceMonitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and enhance user experienceDevelop and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes and configurationsImplement security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standardsEvaluate and recommend new technologies to improve infrastructure efficiency and effectivenessCoordinate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutionsManage infrastructure projects from inception to completion ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomesConduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changesFacilitate training sessions for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in infrastructure managementDrive innovation and continuous improvement in infrastructure practices to support business growth. QualificationsPossess extensive experience in Mulesoft Platform Administration demonstrating a strong understanding of integration and middleware solutionsHave a solid background in Life and Annuities Insurance with the ability to apply domain knowledge to infrastructure projectsExhibit proficiency in managing hybrid work environments ensuring effective collaboration and productivityDemonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issuesShow expertise in implementing security protocols and maintaining compliance with industry regulationsHave excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and present technical information clearlyDisplay a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest infrastructure technologies.
