Job Summary
As a Lead Developer you will be responsible for designing developing and implementing high-quality software solutions using Spring Boot Microservices and Java technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of projects. Responsibilities
Design and develop robust software applications using Spring Boot and Java to meet business requirementsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of microservices architectureImplement best practices for software development and ensure code quality through regular reviewsTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues to enhance application performance and reliabilityProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to foster skill developmentParticipate in agile development processes including sprint planning and retrospectivesOptimize application performance by identifying bottlenecks and implementing effective solutionsEnsure compliance with industry standards and company policies in software developmentConduct unit testing and integration testing to validate application functionalityDocument software designs and development processes for future reference and knowledge sharingEngage in continuous learning to stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trendsContribute to the improvement of development processes and methodologies within the teamCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Qualifications
