Job Summary
As a Lead Developer you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing cutting-edge software solutions using Spring Boot Microservices and Java. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain high-quality software applications using Spring Boot and Java to meet business requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement microservices architecture for scalable solutions.Ensure the integration of software components and third-party programs to enhance system functionality.Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues to maintain optimal system performance.Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirements gathering design testing and deployment.Implement data governance practices to ensure data integrity and compliance within software solutions.Optimize application performance and scalability through effective use of microservices architecture.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation in software development.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes and team productivity.Ensure seamless integration of software solutions within the hybrid work model to support business operations effectively.
Qualifications
Possess strong expertise in Spring Boot Microservices and Java with a proven track record of successful project delivery.Demonstrate experience in data governance practices enhancing data integrity and compliance.Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex software issues.Showcase effective communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Hold a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field with relevant industry experience.Have a minimum of 5 years and maximum of 9 years of experience in software development roles.Display a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.
