Job Summary
The Functional Analyst (ISG) role involves analyzing and optimizing business processes using technical expertise in Jenkins Oracle Xstore Point of Sale Oracle Database Java 8 POS Basics Spring Framework and J2EE. With a hybrid work model and day shifts this position requires 2 to 5 years of experience to enhance system functionality and support business objectives effectively.
Responsibilities
Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization using technical expertise.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Implement and maintain Oracle Xstore Point of Sale systems to ensure seamless retail operations.Utilize Jenkins for continuous integration and deployment to enhance software development processes.Develop and maintain applications using Java 8 and Spring Framework to support business needs.Ensure data integrity and performance optimization in Oracle Database systems.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for POS systems to ensure uninterrupted business operations.Conduct testing and validation of system functionalities to ensure alignment with business requirements.Document technical specifications and user manuals for system processes and functionalities.Assist in the integration of J2EE applications to enhance system interoperability and functionality.Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for improvements to enhance efficiency.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and implement necessary changes for system enhancements.Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to propose innovative solutions for business challenges.
Qualifications
Possess strong analytical skills to identify business process improvements.Demonstrate proficiency in Jenkins for continuous integration and deployment.Have hands-on experience with Oracle Xstore Point of Sale systems.Show expertise in Oracle Database technologies and concepts.Be skilled in Java 8 programming and Spring Framework development.Understand POS Basics for effective system support.Experience with J2EE applications integration is preferred.
