Job Summary
The Sr. Software Engineer B3 role is pivotal in driving the development and enhancement of software solutions within our organization. With a hybrid work model and day shift the candidate will leverage their expertise in AWS React JS SQL Spring Boot Java and Javascript to create impactful applications. This position requires 12 to 14 years of experience and focuses on delivering high-quality software that aligns with business objectives.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement software solutions using AWS React JS and Spring Boot to meet business requirements and enhance user experience.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design develop and maintain scalable applications that support organizational goals.Utilize Java and Javascript to create efficient and robust code ensuring optimal performance and reliability of software products.Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to identify and resolve issues improving overall software quality.Manage database operations using SQL and mySQL ensuring data integrity and efficient data retrieval processes.Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies integrating new tools and methodologies to enhance software development practices.Optimize application performance by analyzing system architecture and implementing necessary changes for improved efficiency.Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers helping them grow their skills and contribute effectively to projects.Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices safeguarding sensitive data and protecting software from vulnerabilities.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications ensuring alignment with business objectives.Monitor and maintain software applications post-deployment addressing any issues and implementing updates as needed.Contribute to the documentation of software processes and procedures facilitating knowledge sharing and continuity within the team.
Qualifications
Demonstrate proficiency in AWS React JS SQL Spring Boot Java and Javascript showcasing a strong technical foundation.Exhibit experience in hybrid work environments adapting to both remote and in-office settings effectively.Possess excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex software issues and provide innovative solutions.Display strong communication skills enabling effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.Show a commitment to continuous learning staying abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices.Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions that meet or exceed business expectations.Demonstrate experience in mentoring and guiding junior developers fostering a supportive and growth-oriented environment.
