Responsibilities
Develop and maintain high-quality software applications using .Net and Java to meet business requirements and enhance user experience.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design implement and test software solutions that align with company goals and industry standards.Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues providing effective solutions to ensure seamless operation of applications.Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of coding practices and standards.Implement best practices for software development ensuring scalability security and performance optimization.Engage in agile development processes contributing to sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospective meetings.Utilize .Net Core to build robust and efficient backend systems that support business operations and customer needs.Integrate domain knowledge of Property & Casualty Insurance to develop tailored solutions that address specific industry challenges.Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies applying new insights to improve software solutions.Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all software development activities.Communicate effectively with stakeholders translating technical concepts into clear and actionable insights.Contribute to the companys mission by developing software that enhances operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Possess a strong understanding of .Net and java with proven experience in software development.Demonstrate proficiency in .Net Core with the ability to build and maintain backend systems.Have experience in Property & Casualty Insurance domain providing valuable insights into industry-specific software solutions.Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently.Show capability to work in a hybrid model balancing remote and in-office work effectively.Display strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.Maintain a proactive approach to learning staying abreast of new technologies and industry trends.
