As Junior Application Support Analyst, you will make an impact by enhancing our Transportation Management solutions.
In this role, you will:
Develop and maintain software applications using PL/SQL Shell scripting and Oracle to support transportation management systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements.
Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues to ensure system reliability and performance.
Optimize existing code and processes to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
Document technical specifications and create user guides to facilitate knowledge sharing.
Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
Conduct testing and validation of software applications to ensure quality and functionality.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members in English Spanish and Portuguese.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all development activities.
Support the deployment and integration of software solutions in a hybrid work environment.
Work model: Hybrid - Tuesday to Saturday- 8am to 5pm

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in São Paulo SP . What you need to have to be considered
Strong knowledge of PL/SQL, Oracle forms & Reports (developing app), weblogic with hands-on experience.
Expertise in transportation management systems and related areas.
Proficiency in English, Spanish and Portuguese for effective communication.
Demonstrate ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model with cross-functional teams.
