Job Summary
The Sr. Functional Analyst (ISG) will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing Veeva RIM Submission and Veeva Vault Migrations. With a hybrid work model the candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionalities and ensure seamless integration. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive innovation and efficiency in day-to-day operations contributing to the companys growth and societal impact.
Responsibilities
Analyze and evaluate business requirements to develop effective solutions using Veeva RIM Submission and Veeva Vault MigrationsCollaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed system requirements for enhancementsDesign and implement system configurations to optimize Veeva functionalities and improve user experienceProvide technical support and troubleshooting for Veeva applications to ensure smooth operationsDevelop and execute test plans to validate system changes and ensure quality assuranceCoordinate with IT teams to manage data migrations and integrations with Veeva VaultMonitor system performance and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiencyConduct training sessions for users to ensure effective utilization of Veeva systemsPrepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for system processes and configurationsEnsure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all system implementationsDrive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and reduce operational costsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align system functionalities with business objectivesUtilize analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights for decision-making
Qualifications
Possess a strong understanding of Veeva RIM Submission and Veeva Vault MigrationsDemonstrate proficiency in system analysis and configuration managementExhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailHave experience in developing and executing test plans for system validationShow ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsDisplay strong communication skills for stakeholder engagementHold a bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent experiencePreferably have experience in training and documentationBe familiar with industry standards and compliance requirementsDemonstrate analytical skills for data interpretation and reportingHave a proactive approach to identifying and implementing improvementsShow capability in managing data migrations and integrationsExhibit a strategic mindset for aligning systems with business goals.
