Job summary
The Sr. Business Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing and optimizing business processes within the Oracle Cloud HCM environment. Responsibilities
Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement within the Oracle Cloud HCM environmentCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specificationsDevelop and maintain OC HCM Tools-Reports to support business decision-makingUtilize OC HCM Tools-Fast Formula to create and optimize formulas for efficient data processingImplement and manage OC HCM Fun-Core HR functionalities to ensure smooth HR operationsOversee Oracle Cloud HCM-Payroll processes to ensure accurate and timely payroll executionProvide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle Cloud HCM applicationsConduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and complianceWork closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HCM solutionsMonitor system performance and recommend enhancements for improved efficiencyTrain and mentor junior analysts on Oracle Cloud HCM tools and best practicesDocument processes and create user guides for Oracle Cloud HCM applicationsStay updated with the latest Oracle Cloud HCM features and functionalities to drive innovation. QualificationsPossess strong analytical skills to evaluate business processes and identify improvement opportunitiesDemonstrate expertise in OC HCM Tools-Reports and Fast Formula for effective data managementHave in-depth knowledge of OC HCM Fun-Core HR functionalities for streamlined HR operationsShow proficiency in Oracle Cloud HCM-Payroll processes for accurate payroll managementExhibit excellent communication skills in English to collaborate with stakeholders effectivelyDisplay ability to work in a hybrid model balancing remote and on-site responsibilitiesHold a minimum of 8 years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM tools and applicationsPreferably have a maximum of 12 years of experience in business analysis within HCM environmentsShowcase strong problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and optimize solutions.
