Job summary
The Technology Specialist role is pivotal in driving technological advancements within our organization. With a focus on SFDC Lightning Integration and Configuration the candidate will enhance our systems and processes. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce technologies to optimize solutions and improve business outcomes. The position does not require travel and operates during day shifts.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement SFDC Lightning solutions to enhance user experience and streamline operations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless SFDC integration across various platforms.Configure Salesforce systems to meet business requirements and improve efficiency.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SFDC applications to ensure smooth functionality.Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members on SFDC best practices.Analyze business needs and translate them into technical specifications for SFDC configurations.Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize SFDC applications.Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and security within Salesforce.Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and incorporate them into existing systems.Document technical processes and configurations for future reference and training purposes.Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver customized SFDC solutions.Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all SFDC implementations.Drive innovation by exploring new features and functionalities within Salesforce to enhance business operations.
Qualifications
Possess extensive experience in SFDC Lightning development and customization.Demonstrate proficiency in SFDC Integration techniques and tools.Have a strong background in SFDC Configuration and system optimization.Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Show ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model.Display strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.Maintain a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.
