As a Technical Lead specializing in Generative AI and Python you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and excellence within our team. With 10 to 12 years of experience you will leverage your expertise to develop cutting-edge solutions that align with our companys strategic goals. Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of advanced Generative AI models to solve complex business challengesOversee the development and optimization of Python-based applications to ensure high performance and scalabilityCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and workflowsProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvementDrive the adoption of best practices in software development ensuring code quality and maintainabilityConduct thorough testing and validation of AI models to guarantee accuracy and reliabilityAnalyze and interpret data to derive actionable insights that inform strategic decision-makingStay abreast of emerging trends in AI and Python technologies applying them to enhance project outcomesDevelop comprehensive documentation for AI models and software applications to facilitate knowledge sharingCoordinate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet business objectivesImplement robust security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standardsOptimize algorithms and processes to improve efficiency and reduce computational costsFacilitate workshops and training sessions to upskill team members in AI and Python technologies
Qualifications
Possess a deep understanding of Generative AI techniques and their practical applicationsDemonstrate proficiency in Python programming with a strong track record of developing scalable solutionsHave experience in leading technical projects and managing cross-functional teamsShow expertise in data analysis and interpretation with the ability to translate findings into actionable strategiesExhibit familiarity with software development best practices and agile methodologiesHold a bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related fieldDisplay excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
