We are seeking an experienced App Security Specialist with a strong focus on identity management and governance. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Sailpoint IdentityIQ and a solid understanding of application security principles. This role operates during the day shift and offers a balanced work-life experience while contributing to the protection of sensitive data and compliance with security standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement robust security protocols to safeguard application data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Utilize Sailpoint IdentityIQ to manage identity governance and streamline access control processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify security vulnerabilities and develop effective solutions.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain documentation for security policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members on security-related issues.
- Monitor security alerts and respond promptly to incidents to minimize impact.
- Ensure seamless integration of security measures with existing systems and processes.
- Facilitate training sessions to educate staff on security protocols and awareness.
- Work closely with stakeholders to align security strategies with business objectives.
- Analyze security data to identify patterns and recommend proactive measures.
- Support the development of security frameworks that enhance organizational resilience.
- Stay updated with the latest security trends and technologies to continuously improve application security.
