Job Summary
We are seeking a Jr. Software Engineer with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AWS Node JS and JavaScript and will work in a hybrid model with day shifts. This role involves developing and maintaining software solutions that align with business objectives contributing to the company’s growth and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable software applications using AWS Node JS and JavaScript to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design develop and implement software solutions that enhance user experience.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects to improve application performance and reliability.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of software development processes and methodologies.
- Implement security best practices to protect data and applications from vulnerabilities.
- Optimize application performance by identifying and addressing bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
- Document software designs code changes and technical specifications for future reference.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the software remains competitive.
- Assist in the integration of third-party APIs and services to extend application functionality.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders as needed.
- Ensure software solutions are aligned with business goals and contribute to the company’s success.
- Engage in regular communication with team members to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- Possess strong technical skills in AWS Node JS and JavaScript with a proven track record of successful projects
- Demonstrate a good understanding of business information and information domain skills.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Show capability to work effectively in a hybrid work model with minimal supervision.
- Display strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Have a proactive approach to learning new technologies and improving existing skills.
- Maintain a customer-focused mindset to deliver solutions that meet user needs.
Certifications Required
AWS Certified Developer or equivalent certification in cloud technologies.
