About the role
As a Salesforce Conga Developer, you will make an impact by developing and customizing Salesforce applications, integrating with enterprise systems, and enhancing user experience through Lightning components. You will be a valued member of the Salesforce team and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
In this role, you will:
· - Develop and customize Salesforce applications to meet business needs ensuring high-quality deliverables.
· - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems enhancing overall functionality.
· - Implement Salesforce DevOps practices to streamline development processes and improve deployment efficiency.
· - Manage SFDC data ensuring data integrity and accuracy across all platforms.
· - Design and implement SFDC Lightning components to enhance user experience and interface.
Work model

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring presence in a client or Cognizant office in Charlotte, NC. What you need to have to be considered
• Strong expertise in SFDC Development and Customization with a proven track record of successful projects.
• Proficiency in Salesforce DevOps with experience in automating deployment processes.
• In-depth knowledge of SFDC Data management ensuring data quality and consistency.
• Expertise in SFDC Lightning with a focus on developing intuitive user interfaces.
• Skills in SFDC Integration with experience in connecting Salesforce to external systems.
• Competence in SFDC Configuration tailoring Salesforce to meet specific business needs.
• Experience in the Cards and Payments domain is a plus providing valuable industry insights.
These will help you stand out
• Experience with AppExchange products such as Apttus/Conga CLM and Composer.
• Familiarity with both Classic and Lightning experiences in Salesforce.
• Proficiency in APEX, Visualforce, LWC, and SOQL.
• Adaptability to a dynamic work environment and creativity in team settings.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with other enterprise applications.
Certifications Required
· - Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
· - Salesforce Certified Administrator
Applications will be accepted until July 15, 2025.
The annual salary for this position is between $65,000 – $116,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
