Job Summary
As a Senior Business Analyst in Solutions and Business Development you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. With a focus on Solution Manager you will analyze design and implement strategies that drive business growth and efficiency. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Responsibilities
Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Develop comprehensive business cases and feasibility studies to support decision-making processes.Design and implement innovative solutions using Solution Manager to address complex business challenges.Facilitate workshops and meetings to engage stakeholders and gather insights for solution development.Provide expert guidance on best practices and methodologies in business analysis and solution management.Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions to ensure they meet business objectives.Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions with existing systems.Lead user acceptance testing and provide training to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new solutions.Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve solution offerings.Support business development initiatives by identifying opportunities for new solutions and services.Contribute to the companys mission by delivering solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
Qualifications
Possess a strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools.Demonstrate proficiency in using Solution Manager for solution design and implementation.Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.Have a proven track record of delivering successful business solutions in a hybrid work environment.Show ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.Display strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges.Hold a bachelors degree in business administration information technology or a related field.
Certifications Required
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) ITIL Foundation Certification
