About the role
As a Full‑Stack Software Engineer, you will make an impact by developing scalable, high‑quality web applications that integrate structured content using modern engineering practices. You will be a valued member of our engineering team, collaborating with senior engineers, technical leads, and cross‑functional partners to deliver innovative, user‑centric solutions for our clients.
In this role, you will:
- Build and maintain high‑quality features for client‑facing applications, ensuring clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Configure and manage Contentful spaces, optimize content models, and integrate content via SDK or GraphQL.
- Design and implement dynamic, user‑friendly interfaces using Next.js with a strong focus on performance and usability.
- Deploy and manage applications on Vercel, ensuring optimized builds and seamless integration with modern frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions and contribute to architectural discussions.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices to continuously improve code quality and development efficiency.
Work model:
We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2-3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Regardless of your working arrangement, we are here to support a healthy work-life balance though our various wellbeing programs.

What you need to have to be considered:
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ReactJS / Next.js, and experience deploying applications on Vercel.
- Hands‑on experience with Contentful, including configuration, content modeling, and integration.
- Solid experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and GraphQL.
- Fundamental CMS knowledge (Contentful, Sanity, Strapi, or similar).
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- High initiative, strong technical capability, and a willingness to deepen expertise in Contentful.
These will help you stand out:
- Experience with Bootstrap, Ionic Framework, or GruntJS.
- Knowledge of additional headless CMS platforms such as Sanity or Strapi.
- Strong problem‑solving mindset and passion for continuous learning and modern development best practices.
