Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 6 to 8 years of experience in SFDC Development and Customization. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SFDC Data Service Cloud Field Service Lightning Lightning Integration and Configuration. The role involves working in a hybrid model during day shifts focusing on delivering impactful solutions in the Industrial Manufacturing domain.
Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications to meet business requirements ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Oversee the integration of Salesforce with other systems facilitating seamless data flow and enhancing operational efficiency.
- Provide expert solutions in SFDC Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning optimizing customer service processes.
- Implement SFDC Lightning components to improve user interface and experience driving user engagement and satisfaction.
- Configure Salesforce settings to align with business needs ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions that address specific business challenges.

- Exhibit in-depth knowledge of SFDC Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning optimizing service delivery.
- Have experience with SFDC Lightning components enhancing user interface design and functionality.
- Show capability in SFDC Configuration aligning system settings with business objectives.
- Experience in the Industrial Manufacturing domain is a plus providing valuable insights into industry-specific challenges.
