Job Summary
Associate has to take care of hands and feet support for Dedicated project in terms of End User issues and Asset allocation / Inventory management.
Responsibilities
- Attending / troubleshooting issues related with the assets – hardware / software
- Installation and management of Laptop including Operating system & hardware support.
- OS and Application installation and troubleshooting
- Coordinate for user issues with concerned team until resolution.
- Keeping and updating the asset inventory of the project assets
- Allocation / recovery of Assets – Chrome book, Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse, etc
- Closing Service Requests on the Service Now

What you need to have to be considered :
- 2-4 years’ experience
- Work experience on Windows 11 in End user issue handling
- Troubleshooting basic network connectivity
- Working knowledge of Wi-Fi connectivity
- Software installation.
- Chrome OS knowledge
- Experience on Service Now
