Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Test Manager with 4 to 8 years of experience in mobile testing specifically on iOS and Android platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Hi-Tech domain and will work in a hybrid model during day shifts. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the testing process for mobile applications on iOS and Android platforms ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define document and implement testing strategies that align with project goals.
- Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project requirements and specifications.
- Execute test cases identify defects and work closely with developers to resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor and report on testing progress providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in mobile testing.
- Utilize advanced testing tools and methodologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing process.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide expert guidance on testing strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in mobile testing and the Hi-Tech domain.
- Provide training and support to junior testers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Contribute to the development of automated testing frameworks to streamline testing processes.
- Ensure all testing activities are documented accurately and are easily accessible for future reference.
- Engage in regular communication with project managers and clients to ensure alignment on testing objectives and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Possess a strong understanding of mobile testing methodologies and tools.
- Demonstrate proficiency in testing on both iOS and Android platforms.
- Exhibit expertise in the Hi-Tech domain with a focus on mobile technologies.
- Have excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin both written and spoken.
- Show experience in developing and executing test plans and test cases.
- Display the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

team In this role youll be responsible fortesting and qualifying the App Store other Apple stores and related store services The work spans consumerfacing userinterfaces backend services across Apple platforms and supported thirdparty platforms
Youll contribute to testing customer flows manually and also running automated tests support debugging and regressionefforts and continuously improve test efficiency and quality The role may also include occasional lab ownership such asconfiguring maintaining and monitoring servers and physical test devices that power largescale automation
This position requires strong technical depth the ability to manage multiple priorities and comfort operating in a fastpacedevolving environment You should enjoy collaboration and building strong partnerships with engineering and quality teamsacross the organization
3 years of experience in software quality engineering or software engineering
Experience testing mobile applications and services on iOS and Android
Experience automatingmaitaining functional and integration testing across iOS and backend services
Proficiency in one or more of the following XCTest Python Unix SQL
Ability to adapt quickly in an environment with changing requirements and priorities
Demonstrated ability to deliver highquality results on tight timelines
Strong analytical debugging and problemsolving skills
