Role: Amazon Connect AI Principle Architect
Location: Fremont, CA
• Leading recently signed Voice AI / Agentic AI initiative
• Abhijit is currently engaged in a US based iDemand role and plays multiple strategic, business critical roles within the J&J Digital Workplace Program
• Primary Amazon Connect / Contact Centre Architect supporting the complete AWS Amazon Connect platform for J&J (OCS and NAFS).
• Working towards the elimination of 15-20% calls through the contract period achieving the ROI on inbound calls discussed with customer
• Configure AWS Connect Telephony system and integrate with systems such as ServiceNow, Medallia, Nexthink etc.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into solutions
Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $160,000- $186,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
