Job summary
The Business Analyst role focuses on translating complex business needs into clear digital product requirements for hybrid mobile applications using Flutter and iOS technologies. The candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts collaborating closely with stakeholders designers and engineering teams to define features refine backlogs and validate solutions. The role ensures that each release delivers measurable value to the organization and end users while maintaining high quality
Responsibilities
- Gather stakeholder needs by conducting structured discussions and workshops to capture detailed requirements for Flutter and iOS based products and services
- Analyze existing business processes and digital journeys to identify opportunities where Flutter and iOS solutions can streamline workflows and improve user satisfaction
- Document clear functional and nonfunctional requirements in concise user stories and acceptance criteria that guide hybrid mobile feature development
- Collaborate with Flutter and iOS engineers to refine requirements into feasible technical solutions that balance performance usability and maintainability
- Prioritize and groom product backlogs by assessing business value effort and risk to ensure the most impactful features are delivered in each iteration
- Create detailed process flows and data mappings that explain how information moves across backend systems and mobile applications for end to end scenarios
- Define and maintain product roadmaps and release scopes aligned with strategic objectives ensuring each increment delivers tangible outcomes for the organization
- Perform impact analysis for change requests and enhancements to help teams understand dependencies constraints and potential risks before implementation
- Coordinate and support functional testing user acceptance testing and defect triage by preparing test scenarios validating outcomes and ensuring alignment with requirements
- Develop and track measurable success indicators such as adoption metrics cycle time and error reduction to evaluate the effectiveness of Flutter and iOS solutions
- Prepare comprehensive business and technical documentation including requirement specifications user guides and operational procedures for ongoing product support
- Communicate status risks and insights to stakeholders through structured reports and presentations that enable informed decisions and timely issue resolution
- Partner with design and product teams to ensure user centered features that align with accessibility standards and enhance the experience for diverse user groups
Qualifications
- Possess eight to ten years of experience as a business analyst working on complex digital or mobile application initiatives in enterprise environments
- Demonstrate hands on experience collaborating with teams building Flutter applications and native iOS solutions with strong understanding of platform capabilities and constraints
- Exhibit strong skills in writing user stories acceptance criteria and process documentation with an emphasis on clarity traceability and testability
- Show proficiency in using requirements and lifecycle tools such as agile boards documentation platforms and collaboration suites to manage backlogs and artifacts
- Display solid understanding of agile frameworks and ceremonies including refinement planning and review sessions with proven experience supporting iterative delivery
- Bring experience in data analysis reporting and metrics interpretation to connect business outcomes with product features and continuous improvement efforts
- Apply excellent communication and facilitation skills to work effectively with cross functional teams and stakeholders in a hybrid working model
- Value secure coding awareness privacy considerations and compliance needs when defining requirements for mobile features handling sensitive user and organizational data
Certifications Required
Certified Business Analysis Professional or Agile Analysis Certification or similar industry recognized credential relevant to business analysis
