About the role:
The Readiness Specialist plays a key role in supporting New Business Sales (NBS) representatives throughout the sales cycle. By handling various operational tasks - referred to as workflows - the Readiness Specialist enables NBS reps to concentrate on engaging with customers and driving sales. This support not only streamlines internal processes but also enhances the overall customer experience by ensuring timely and efficient service.
Your profile:
- Portuguese language - at least C1 level, very good English (the language of communication in the company);
- Ability to work on rotating shifts (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM)
- Excellent communication skills (Written and Verbal);
- Understanding of Google Ads;
- Basic logical reasoning and problem-solving skills;
- Exceptional rapport-building and active listening skills;
- Understanding of Google Ads platform for account setup with tag implementation and ability to multitask in multilingual foreign languages;
- Experience in Google Ads/ Digital marketing - nice to have.
Your responsibilities:
- Liaise with the NBS sales representatives to collect all necessary business collaterals;
- Set up advertisers' accounts on the Google Ads Platform;
- To set appropriate Tags basis, the Business Model & Marketing Objective;
- Link My Client Center (MCC) accounts and update internal platforms with advertisers' contact details;
- Get sign-off from Kickstart+ sales reports on accuracy and completion before account handover.
