Join our dynamic team as a Policy Servicing Executive where youll play a crucial role in managing and processing insurance policies efficiently. With a focus on MS Office skills youll ensure seamless operations in a hybrid work model. This role offers rotational shifts providing flexibility and exposure to diverse tasks in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
Responsibilities
- Manage and process insurance policies with precision to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Utilize MS Office tools to maintain and update policy records efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve policy-related queries and issues promptly.
- Ensure timely communication with clients regarding policy updates and changes.
- Support the team in maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
- Analyze policy data to identify trends and areas for improvement in servicing processes.
- Implement best practices in policy servicing to enhance operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with other departments to streamline policy servicing workflows.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new policy servicing strategies.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance service delivery.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated with industry standards and practices.
- Adapt to rotational shifts to ensure coverage and support across different time zones.
- Contribute to the companys mission by delivering exceptional policy servicing that impacts customer satisfaction positively.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office applications including Word Excel and PowerPoint.
- Possess a basic understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance which is advantageous.
- Exhibit strong analytical skills to interpret policy data effectively.
- Show excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
- Display a keen attention to detail to ensure policy accuracy and compliance.
- Have the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
- Adapt to rotational shifts and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
Certifications Required
Microsoft Office Specialist Certification is recommended.
