Responsibilities : - Lead the development and implementation of product strategies that align with organizational objectives and market demands. - Oversee the integration of machine learning and artificial intelligence technologies to optimize CRM-Sales processes. - Provide insights and recommendations based on analytics to drive product innovation and improve customer engagement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of product initiatives and achieve desired outcomes. - Manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product differentiation and growth. - Develop and maintain product roadmaps that reflect strategic priorities and customer needs. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the product development process. - Monitor product performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance user experience and satisfaction. - Advocate for customer-centric solutions by incorporating feedback and insights into product design and functionality. - Drive continuous improvement by staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in product development. - Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team to achieve high-impact results. Qualifications - - Demonstrate expertise in strategic leadership to guide product vision and execution effectively. - Possess strong technical skills in machine learning and artificial intelligence to drive product innovation. - Exhibit proficiency in CRM-Sales processes to enhance customer relationship management. - Have a solid understanding of analytics to support data-driven decision making. - Show adaptability in a hybrid work model to collaborate effectively across teams. - Display excellent communication skills to facilitate stakeholder engagement and alignment. - Bring a minimum of 12 years of experience in product management to ensure successful project outcomes. 9.
