Job Summary
The Sr. Functional Analyst (ISG) will play a critical role in analyzing designing and implementing solutions within the T24 banking system. With expertise in T24 modules and domain knowledge in Cards and Payments the candidate will ensure seamless integration and functionality to meet business needs. This hybrid role requires collaboration across teams and adherence to high-quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for T24 modules including Limits AA Retail Deposits AA Retail Accounts AA Retail Lending and Core.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that align with organizational goals and industry standards.
- Provide expertise in Cards and Payments domain to ensure solutions meet regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend enhancements to optimize system performance.
- Configure and test T24 modules to ensure they meet functional and technical requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to T24 modules ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations processes and workflows.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine solutions to meet evolving business needs.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of T24 systems.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential risks or bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of T24 modules with other systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in T24 and Cards and Payments domain to bring innovative solutions to the organization.
- Ensure all deliverables adhere to quality standards and project timelines.
Qualifications
- Possess in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with T24 modules including Limits AA Retail Deposits AA Retail Accounts AA Retail Lending and Core.
- Demonstrate strong expertise in the Cards and Payments domain with a focus on regulatory compliance and industry best practices.
- Showcase excellent analytical skills to interpret business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Exhibit proficiency in system configuration testing and troubleshooting within the T24 environment.
- Display effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
