Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Process Specialist in CDM/PV with 4 to 6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Generative AI and domain skills in Customer Management and Complaint Management within the Life Sciences sector. This role involves optimizing processes and ensuring compliance with industry standards to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of process improvements in CDM/PV to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Oversee the application of Generative AI techniques to streamline data management and reporting processes.
  • Provide expert guidance on customer management strategies to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage complaint handling processes to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address process gaps and inefficiencies.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all process improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance team capabilities in process management and Generative AI applications.
  • Monitor and analyze process performance metrics to identify areas for continuous improvement.
  • Implement best practices in customer management and complaint handling to drive operational excellence.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between teams to support process optimization efforts.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to established processes and standards.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on process improvement initiatives and outcomes.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in process management through the application of advanced technologies and methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Possess a strong background in Generative AI with practical experience in applying these techniques to process management.
  • Demonstrate expertise in customer management and complaint handling within the Life Sciences sector.
  • Have a proven track record of leading process improvement initiatives and achieving measurable results.
  • Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address process inefficiencies.

Certifications Required

Certified Process Professional (CPP) Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP) AI and Machine Learning Certification
