Responsibilities : - Develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium and Java to ensure software quality. - Collaborate with software developers and product managers to understand requirements and design test plans. - Identify document and track software defects to ensure timely resolution. - Provide detailed test reports and metrics to stakeholders to communicate test progress and results. - Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. - Maintain and update existing automated test frameworks to improve efficiency and coverage. - Conduct performance and load testing to ensure system reliability and scalability. - Work closely with the development team to integrate automated tests into the continuous integration pipeline. - Analyze test results and provide recommendations for improvements to enhance product quality. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in test automation tools and techniques. - Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices in test automation. - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to software testing and quality assurance. - Contribute to the overall improvement of the software development lifecycle by identifying areas for process enhancement. -Qualifications - Possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field. - Demonstrate strong proficiency in Selenium and Java with at least 6 years of hands-on experience. - Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Show experience in developing and maintaining automated test frameworks. - Have a solid understanding of software development and testing methodologies. - Display strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Be familiar with continuous integration tools such as Jenkins or similar. - Have experience with performance and load testing tools. 9.
