Job Summary

We are seeking a Process Executive for our B&L team with 0 to 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills in MS Excel and preferably some domain experience in Payments Cards & Payments. This hybrid role requires working during the day shift and does not involve travel. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the overall success of the team.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in the daily operations of the B&L team to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.
  • Utilize MS Excel to analyze data generate reports and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and implement solutions.
  • Monitor and track key performance indicators to ensure targets are met.
  • Provide support in the preparation of documentation and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to resolve issues and provide updates.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to enhance productivity.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of assigned tasks and projects.
  • Support the team in managing and resolving customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the team by providing valuable input and feedback.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Have a basic understanding of Payments Cards & Payments domain (nice to have).
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Display a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Be proactive in identifying and implementing process improvements.
