Senior AEM Architect
Job Description
1. Develop Digital Consumer experiences based on Adobe marketing cloud products including AEM latest versions (AEM 6.5).
2. Define solution architecture for global customer engagement and global web content management platforms, integrating a full collage of supporting technologies including AEM, Search, Adobe Social, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Communities, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign Management, Adobe Dynamic Tag Manager and others
3. Develop powerful features such as multi-site and multi-channel delivery, personalization/targeting, content aggregation & syndication, multi-lingual support, automated workflow management, social media etc.
4. Diagnose and solve technical problems related to AEM implementation.
5. Interact with clients to create end-to-end specifications and solution architecture for content & collaboration solutions.
6. Provide inputs and direction to senior developers on the team for design and implementation.
7. Define implementation processes, quality gates and standards for design and development.
8. Define best practices to manage performance, security and scalability of the Digital Platforms
9. Lead teams of 20+ people through all phases of Development. Agile development methodology is a plus
10. Lead and Involve in Planning and estimations of Adobe projects, Lead all tracks of the project from Frontend, backend, QA and Project Management
Experience Guidelines
1. Overall experience of 15+ years with 8+ years of AEM with one or more other Adobe marketing cloud products like Dynamic Tag Manager, Target, Analytics, AEM Forms, Communities, Campaign Manager or Livefyre
2. Significant hands-on solution architecture experience with AEM and very strong concepts of Maven, OSGi, Apache Sling, Apache Sightly, Apache Oak and Adobe Dispatcher
3. Has worked on and implemented at least one of the popular Search engines with AEM like Solr, GSA or Lucene. Has done evaluation of AEM and other marketing technology products and recommendation to clients
4. Deep understanding of Generic Java technologies (J2SE 1.7/1.8), Java EE, Servlets, JSP, JSTL and Tag libraries
5. Involved in doing extensive Performance and Security testing for AEM based digital platforms. Understands Load model creation, OWASP top 10 and other related concepts
6. Worked on integrations with popular products /Technologies like Salesforce, SSO, LDAP, API Gateways using Rest and SOAP frameworks like Apache CXF and Jersey
7. Ample knowledge and exposure in Frontend techs to drive client discussions and recommend options based on client needs. Should be able to understand Bootstrap, Backbone.js, React, Handlebars, Grunt, and Angular, CSS3, HTML 5 and jQuery.
8. Strong Physical Architecture concepts (Infrastructure) including but not limited to Load Balancers(ELB), Apache set up, CDN, Disaster Recovery, recommending capacity of AEM publish and author instances.
9. Taking a lead in recommending the solution considering quality properties of the system like Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Accessibility (A, AA, AAA), Monitoring (Squid, Nagios, Zabbix, Ganglia, App Dynamics, New Relic etc.), Scalability, Security, Performance and Responsive architecture
10. Has implemented Quality Processes for projects like Continuous Integration (Bamboo/Jenkins), SonarQube, Code reviews (Manual and Automated), code Formatters, Automation testing etc.
Senior Developer
Job Description
1. Must be an expert on working with AEM 6.5 code base and technology stack
2. Hands-on developer on Adobe AEM and one or more Adobe marketing cloud products
Develop new components, templates, workflows and OSGi modules using JSP as well as HTL with 100% hands-on role
3. Created maven archetype and lazy bones projects. Knowledge of Front end web application design , experience in front end web packs like Adv JS, CSS Based frameworks, Strong JEE experience ,Maven, Apache sling frame work, OSGI, AEM workflows, Node & NPM, REST based services.
4. Design and provide solutions to fit the requirements of the project stakeholders, customers, and end-users conforming to the standards established by the IT organization
5. Create technical design documents that explain system flows, data flows, technical component interaction diagrams
6. Demonstrate best practices in the development of AEM components and pages
7. Accountable for maintaining high levels of solution performance, availability, capacity, and quality
8. Champion code quality, reuse, cover coverage (Junit) and extensibility and best practices
9. Strong leader/mentor with team members
10. Asset Management (DAM) implementation, object model design (Java APIs), implementation, and unit testing.
Experience Guidelines
1. Overall experience of 3 to 6 years with 3+ years of strong development experience in Adobe Experience Manager
2. Developed AEM templates, components, Sling servlets and service in at least 4 AEM projects.
Developer
Job Description
