Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Spring Boot and Java along with domain experience in Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer. This hybrid role requires strong technical and domain skills to contribute to our projects and improve our services.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Spring Boot and Java.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.
  • Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs in the software.
  • Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with team members.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirements gathering design development testing and deployment.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitive.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and practices.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations particularly in the Medicare & Medicaid Claims domain.
  • Collaborate with the QA team to ensure thorough testing and validation of software.
  • Document software designs code and processes for future reference.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong experience in Spring Boot and Java development.
  • Have a deep understanding of Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer domains.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Show proficiency in software development best practices and methodologies.
  • Have experience with Agile development processes.
  • Display a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Be capable of working in a hybrid work model with minimal supervision.
  • Hold a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Preferably have experience with cloud technologies and microservices architecture.
  • Show familiarity with version control systems like Git.
  • Demonstrate the ability to write clean maintainable and efficient code.
  • Possess strong organizational and time management skills.
