Job Summary

We are seeking a Lead Developer with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Spring Boot Microservices and Java. Experience in Analytics is a plus. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and make a significant impact on our companys success.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of high-quality software solutions using Spring Boot Microservices and Java
  • Oversee the entire software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to ensure best practices are followed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features
  • Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs to maintain code quality
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for reference and reporting
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitive
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Implement security and data protection measures to safeguard sensitive information
  • Optimize application performance and scalability to handle growing user demands
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process and team efficiency

  • Qualifications

  • Possess strong experience in Spring Boot Microservices and Java
  • Demonstrate proficiency in designing and developing scalable and reliable software solutions
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
  • Show experience in leading and mentoring development teams
  • Have a good understanding of software development best practices and methodologies
  • Display knowledge of Analytics domain is a plus
  • Possess strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a hybrid work model
  • Show commitment to continuous learning and professional development
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Have experience with Agile development methodologies
  • Exhibit strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality work
  • Show the ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
  • Possess a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential challenges.
