Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Consultant with 7 to 9 years of experience in Kinaxis Supply Planning Inventory Planning & Optimization Sales & Operations Planning and Demand Planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Research and Development Manufacturing and Supply Chain. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can drive efficiency and innovation in our planning processes.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of Kinaxis solutions to optimize supply chain planning processes.
  • Oversee the integration of Kinaxis Inventory Planning & Optimization to ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • Provide expertise in Kinaxis Sales & Operations Planning to align supply and demand effectively.
  • Utilize Kinaxis Demand Planning to forecast and manage demand fluctuations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance planning accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain planning models to support decision-making processes.
  • Conduct regular reviews of planning processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in supply chain management.
  • Train and mentor team members on Kinaxis tools and methodologies.
  • Monitor key performance indicators to track the effectiveness of planning strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on planning objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain performance.
  • Support the development of strategic plans to meet organizational goals.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess extensive experience in Kinaxis Supply Planning Inventory Planning & Optimization Sales & Operations Planning and Demand Planning.
  • Demonstrate strong domain knowledge in Research and Development Manufacturing and Supply Chain.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Show proficiency in developing and maintaining planning models.
  • Have a proven track record of driving process improvements in supply chain management.
  • Display strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Be adept at training and mentoring team members.
