Job Summary

Citrix Engineer


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of infrastructure solutions using Vmware Workspace One and Vmware VDI.
  • Oversee the integration of infrastructure components to ensure seamless operation and performance.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the team in the areas of Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure the infrastructure architecture aligns with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure design implementation and maintenance.
  • Monitor infrastructure performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
  • Conduct regular assessments of infrastructure security and implement measures to mitigate risks.
  • Work closely with other IT teams to ensure cohesive and comprehensive infrastructure support.
  • Participate in the evaluation and selection of new technologies and tools to enhance infrastructure capabilities.
  • Provide training and support to team members on infrastructure-related topics.
  • Ensure timely resolution of infrastructure-related issues and incidents.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of infrastructure processes and methodologies.

  • Qualifications

  • Must have extensive experience with Vmware Workspace One and Vmware VDI.
  • Should have a strong background in Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer domains.
  • Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Should have strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Should have a proven track record of designing and implementing robust infrastructure solutions.
  • Must be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Should have a strong understanding of infrastructure security best practices.
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Should have experience with infrastructure performance monitoring and optimization.
  • Must be familiar with industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Should have experience in documenting infrastructure processes and procedures.
  • Must be committed to continuous learning and professional development.
