Job Summary

We are seeking a Lead Quality Engineer with 6 to 9 years of experience in Jenkins Java TestNG Jira Selenium Maven and PL/SQL. The ideal candidate will have domain expertise in Electronic Payments. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual to ensure the highest quality standards in our software products. The position operates during the day shift and does not require travel.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the quality assurance efforts for our electronic payment systems.
  • Oversee the development and execution of automated test scripts using Selenium and TestNG.
  • Provide expertise in Jenkins for continuous integration and continuous deployment processes.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of testing processes.
  • Utilize Jira for tracking and managing defects and project tasks.
  • Implement and maintain test frameworks using Maven.
  • Perform detailed analysis of test results and provide actionable insights.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in electronic payments.
  • Develop and execute PL/SQL scripts for database testing.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality.
  • Mentor junior quality engineers and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency.

  • Possess strong experience in Jenkins Java TestNG Jira Selenium Maven and PL/SQL.
  • Demonstrate expertise in electronic payment systems and related technologies.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Show proficiency in developing and executing automated test scripts.
  • Have a solid understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment processes.
  • Display strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Be detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Have experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members.
  • Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Have a strong commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
  • Exhibit the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Possess a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices in quality assurance.
