Job Tittle: Service Desk Analyst (ONSITE)

Work Location: Mesa, AZ

Your responsibility will be to provide technical support. You will be troubleshooting issues, implementing solutions, and supporting end-users in their day-to-day operations.

Our ideal candidate speaks English, has a firm grasp of computer systems and corporate systems, and has excellent problem-solving skills. Has experience in Service desk, taking calls and handling users over voice, chat, email and self-service tickets.

Ultimately, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT Service Desk contributing to our company’s operational efficiency.

  • Shifts – flexibility to work 24X7 rotational shifts

Responsibilities

  • Provide support, troubleshoot, and assist users with Computer and application issues
  • Support over voice, email, chat and self-service tickets
  • Work with end-users to understand and solve their issues
  • Work closely with other IT support teams and end-users to ensure system consistency and efficiency
  • Adhere to Schedule, SLAs, Metrics and Industry standards
  • Comply with company processes and Quality Standards
  • Keep up to date with the latest features and updates in the computer systems and applications
  • Application development or application support experience is an added advantage

Qualifications

  • Must be proficient in English
  • Proven work experience as a Service Desk Analyst or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Computer systems and applications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team

Desired but not required

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Salary and Other Compensation

Applications will be accepted until March/21/2024.

The annual salary for this position is between $37,804 to $50,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
