BPM – Tech lead ( AWD / Chorus)

Job Description:

Our Intelligent process automation team is looking for experienced AWD and Chorus platforms professionals to join as AWD Tech lead.

Primary skills:

  • Strong knowledge and experience in AWD and Chorus platforms, including their features, functionalities, and integration capabilities.

OR

  • Strong knowledge and experience in any BPM platform, including their features, functionalities, and integration capabilities. Basic knowledge of AWD/Chorus platform.

Technical skills:

  • Define and document the solution architecture for the upgrade project of AWD to Chorus with integration like APIs, including the technical specifications, design patterns, frameworks, tools, and technologies.
  • Certification in AWD, Chorus, or related BPM technologies is an asset.
  • Expertise in various programming languages, frameworks, and tools, such as Java, JavaScript, Spring Boot, SQL etc. Familiarity with development frameworks and libraries such as React, Angular.
  • Proficient in developing APIs, web services, using technologies such as REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, etc.

Other skills:

  • Provide technical guidance and leadership to the development team, ensuring that the code quality, performance, security, and scalability are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate and communicate with the offshore team, ensuring that the integration requirements and standards are met and that the deliverables are consistent and compatible.
  • Conduct code reviews, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of the solution, resolving any technical issues or risks that may arise.
  • Support the deployment and transition of the solution to the production environment, ensuring that the solution is stable, reliable, and meets the user expectations.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with onshore and offshore teams.

Strong attention to detail, quality, and documentation, with the ability to adhere to the project standards and best practices. Knowledge of code documentation, version control, and deployment best practices.
