Job Summary

We are seeking a Performance Analyst with 5 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Dynatrace Java and LoadRunner. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of performance testing and analysis to ensure optimal application performance. The position offers a day shift with no travel requirements.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct performance testing using Dynatrace Java and LoadRunner to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
  • Analyze performance test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance and ensure scalability.
  • Develop and maintain performance test scripts and scenarios.
  • Monitor application performance in production environments and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Ensure that performance testing aligns with business requirements and industry best practices.
  • Participate in performance tuning and optimization efforts.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members on performance testing tools and methodologies.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in performance testing and analysis.
  • Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of performance testing milestones.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to address performance-related issues.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of performance testing processes and practices.
  • Document performance testing procedures and best practices for future reference.

  • Qualifications

  • Must have strong experience with Dynatrace for performance monitoring and analysis.
  • Must possess in-depth knowledge of Java programming for performance testing.
  • Must be proficient in using LoadRunner for creating and executing performance test scripts.
  • Should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Should be able to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model.
  • Should have strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members.
  • Nice to have experience with other performance testing tools and technologies.
  • Nice to have knowledge of performance tuning and optimization techniques.
