Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated BD Lead with 5 to 8 years of experience in Business Analysis and Planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in R&D Preclinical and Clinical domains. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site with no travel required. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving business development initiatives and contributing to the companys growth and success.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Oversee the analysis of market trends and identify opportunities for business expansion.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on thorough business analysis and planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development initiatives with company goals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors.
  • Prepare and present business development reports to senior management.
  • Manage the end-to-end business development process from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Ensure that all business development activities are aligned with regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Utilize data-driven approaches to optimize business development strategies.
  • Support the development of marketing and sales materials to enhance business development efforts.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business development initiatives and make necessary adjustments.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of business development processes and methodologies.

    • Qualifications

  • Must have strong experience in Business Analysis and Planning.
  • Should have a solid understanding of R&D Preclinical and Clinical domains.
  • Must possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Should have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must be detail-oriented and highly organized.
