Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Architect with 12 to 16 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have mandatory technical skills in Quadient Inspire Interactive and Quadient Inspire. Experience in Governance Risk & Compliance is a plus. This hybrid role requires working during the day shift with no travel required. The Architect will play a crucial role in designing and implementing solutions that align with our companys goals and societal impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of solutions using Quadient Inspire Interactive and Quadient Inspire.
- Oversee the development and deployment of high-quality scalable and maintainable software solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure best practices are followed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation to support the design development and deployment processes.
- Ensure the security performance and reliability of solutions by conducting thorough testing and validation.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with software development and deployment.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the solutions and processes.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.
- Contribute to the development of governance risk and compliance strategies to enhance the overall security posture.
- Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies to improve existing solutions.
- Support the hybrid work model by effectively managing remote and in-office collaboration.
Qualifications
- Possess strong technical skills in Quadient Inspire Interactive and Quadient Inspire.
- Have experience in designing and implementing scalable software solutions.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Show proficiency in developing and maintaining technical documentation.
- Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Have a good understanding of governance risk and compliance principles.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Have experience in conducting code reviews and ensuring code quality.
- Demonstrate the ability to mentor and guide team members.
- Show a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.
