Job Summary

We are looking for a Sr. Developer with 5 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Performance Testing Test Metrics and Reporting Device Testing Testing Tools and Frameworks Aprimo API testing OTMM Nuxeo Test and Defect Management Auto Functional/Regression Test Selenium and Manual Testing. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of performance testing strategies to ensure optimal application performance.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of test metrics and reporting to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide expertise in device testing to ensure compatibility across various devices and platforms.
  • Utilize testing tools and frameworks to automate and streamline the testing process.
  • Implement and manage Aprimo for effective marketing resource management.
  • Conduct API testing to ensure seamless integration and functionality of APIs.
  • Manage OTMM and Nuxeo for efficient digital asset management.
  • Oversee test and defect management processes to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Develop and execute automated functional and regression tests using Selenium.
  • Perform manual testing to identify and resolve defects that automated tests may miss.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and quality.
  • Provide detailed test reports and documentation to stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

    • Qualifications

  • Must have strong experience in performance testing to ensure applications meet performance standards.
  • Must have expertise in test metrics and reporting to track and improve testing processes.
  • Must have experience in device testing to ensure compatibility across various devices.
  • Must have knowledge of testing tools and frameworks to automate testing processes.
  • Must have experience with Aprimo for marketing resource management.
  • Must have expertise in API testing to ensure seamless integration.
  • Must have experience with OTMM and Nuxeo for digital asset management.
  • Must have experience in test and defect management to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Must have experience in automated functional and regression testing using Selenium.
  • Must have experience in manual testing to identify and resolve defects.
  • Nice to have experience in hybrid work models and day shifts.
  • Nice to have strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Nice to have continuous improvement mindset to enhance testing processes.

    ISTQB Certified Tester Certified Selenium Professional
