Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP CRM Technical Architect managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Architect with experience in SAP Mobile Solutions using SUP, SAP CRM Web Services and SAP CRM Middleware.
Responsibilities
- Own the design and implementation of SAP Mobile Solutions using SUP to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
- Supervise the development and maintenance of SAP CRM Web Services to enhance customer relationship management processes.
- Guide in SAP CRM Middleware to ensure efficient data synchronization and communication between systems.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for Energy Supply & Trading and Utilities domains.
- Develop and implement technical solutions that align with business objectives and industry standard processes.
- Ensure the scalability and performance of SAP solutions to meet the growing needs of the organization.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to maintain optimal system performance.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and SAP technologies to drive innovation within the organization.
- Participate in project planning and provide technical leadership to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and maintain user documentation to support system maintenance and fix.
- Collaborate with customers to find opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all technical solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of SAP experience including SAP CRM
- Solid background in SAP Mobile Solutions using SUP, SAP CRM Web Services and SAP CRM Middleware.
- Demonstrate expertise in Energy Supply & Trading and Utilities domains.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery in a hybrid work model.
- Display a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Possess the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
- Demonstrate proficiency in system performance tuning and optimization.
- Exhibit strong technical documentation skills.
- Show a proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends.
Preferred Qualifications
SAP Certified Technology Associate SAP Certified Development Professional
Salary and Other Compensation:
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
