We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a Consulting Enterprise Architect

Responsibilities:

• Principal consulting architect is a critical and important member of Digital Business Technology Consulting practice of Cognizant technical solutions, he or she is considered to be the future consulting leader and is expected to drive and conduct value driven consulting and advisory engagements for the practice and the organization

• For driving and conducting the person should possess the ability to aniticipate plan and articulate different situations that a typical business environment entails Hence it is important that this member possesses deep technical expertise along with various leadership abilities

• The ideal candidate should be able to work credibly with client management in two modes 1 advisory consultant to a customer requirement with minimum supervision by a Cognizant Consulting Partner or Principal 2 Consulting lead in a medium to low consulting engagements

• Demonstrated architecture technology leadership experience

• Take ownership on making a consulting engagement successful

Qualifications:

• 8 years experience in Information Technology, 6 years in consulting or advisory role

• Bachelors Degree required MBA with several years of work experience preferred

• Demonstrated command of TOGAF concepts of architecture domains architecture methodology architecture metamodel etc

• Ability and experience in working in different organizational dynamics of medium to large teams

• Demonstrated ability in developing and documenting IT application architectures architecture views and understanding of architecture discipline and methodology

• Expertise in at least two architectural domains business application data and technology and to analyze define and illustrate solution alignment across these domains

• Should have command on Cloud and data analytics

• Should be an expert and certified in at least one cloud environment Azure AWZ GCP

• Should have executed consulting engagements following agile approach

• Should be well verserd with DevOps CICD Container based deployment etc

• Expertise in the use of Architectural Tools such as Lean IX Alfabet andor Troux

• Application Architecture concepts and best practices Tiers Partitioning Modularity

• Architecture NFRs Availability HADR Performance Capacity Resource Utilization Responsiveness Information Security Authentication Authorization Encryption

• State of the art Integration Patterns including SOA API MicroServices including integration with COTS solutions eg SAP Mobile and Social Media Solutions etc

• Contemporary Web Architecture SOAP SOA REST API etc JavaJ2EE JavaScript CSS HTMLHTML5 Modern JavaScript Frameworks Responsive Web Technologies

• Contemporary Data Architecture and Technologies DWBI ETL

• Specialized and Optional Knowledge and Skills

• MicroServices and API architectures

• Cloud Mobile Analytics and Social Media Platforms Big Data

Preferred Certifications

• Certification in SaFe
