Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Infra Developer with 12 to 15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Splunk Admin SRE Grafana ELK and Dynatrace AppMon. The candidate should also have domain experience in Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design implementation and maintenance of infrastructure solutions to support business needs.
  • Oversee the administration and optimization of Splunk environments to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Provide expertise in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices to enhance system reliability and scalability.
  • Develop and maintain monitoring dashboards using Grafana to provide real-time insights into system performance.
  • Implement and manage ELK stack solutions for log management and analysis.
  • Utilize Dynatrace AppMon for application performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure components.
  • Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to maintain optimal system health.
  • Develop and enforce infrastructure best practices and standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards particularly in the Medicare & Medicaid Claims domain.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance infrastructure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.

  • Qualifications

  • Must have extensive experience in Splunk Admin SRE Grafana ELK and Dynatrace AppMon.
  • Must have domain expertise in Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer.
  • Should have a strong understanding of infrastructure design and implementation.
  • Should possess excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Must have experience in developing and maintaining monitoring dashboards.
  • Should have a proven track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Must have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Should be able to mentor and guide junior team members.
  • Must have experience in conducting system audits and performance tuning.
  • Should have a strong understanding of industry regulations and standards.
  • Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Should be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Must have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing infrastructure issues.
