Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DX Sr. Business Analyst with 10 to 13 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in User Experience Domain knowledge Collaboration and Communication Management Whiteboarding Tools Requirement Lifecycle Management and Stakeholder Management. Proficiency in Jira is mandatory. Experience in Loan Origination and Retail Banking is a plus. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.
Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for various projects.
- Oversee the entire requirement lifecycle management process to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide expertise in user experience to enhance the usability and functionality of business solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate business requirements.
- Manage communication and collaboration among project teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Utilize whiteboarding tools to facilitate brainstorming sessions and solution design.
- Ensure effective stakeholder management by maintaining regular communication and addressing concerns promptly.
- Use Jira to track project progress manage tasks and report on project status.
- Conduct thorough domain analysis to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all business analysis activities.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and present findings.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve business processes and systems.
- Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and project timelines.
Qualifications
- Possess strong expertise in user experience to drive user-centric solutions.
- Demonstrate in-depth domain knowledge to effectively understand and address business needs.
- Exhibit excellent collaboration and communication management skills to ensure project success.
- Proficient in using whiteboarding tools for effective brainstorming and solution design.
- Experienced in managing the entire requirement lifecycle to ensure project alignment.
- Skilled in stakeholder management to maintain strong relationships and address concerns.
- Proficient in using Jira for project tracking and management.
- Nice to have experience in Loan Origination and Retail Banking domains.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to provide effective business solutions.
- Excellent documentation skills to maintain comprehensive records of analysis activities.
- Ability to facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and present requirements.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure quality and accuracy in deliverables.
- Ability to work in a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.
Certifications Required
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) Jira Certification
Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until May 18, 2025.
The annual salary for this position is between $112,000 - $132,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
