Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Team Lead in the Life and Pensions sector where you will leverage your expertise in Annuities New Business Claims Management and Agency Management. With a focus on MS Office proficiency you will drive impactful solutions in a hybrid work model contributing to our mission of enhancing customer experiences and operational efficiency.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the team in developing and implementing strategies for Annuities New Business processes to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline operations.
  • Oversee the management of annuities claims ensuring timely and accurate processing to maintain high service standards.
  • Provide guidance in Agency Management optimizing workflows and improving agent interactions to boost productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate MS Office tools effectively enhancing data analysis and reporting capabilities.
  • Drive initiatives to improve Annuities Agency Management focusing on relationship building and performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in all aspects of annuities management.
  • Facilitate training sessions for team members to keep them updated on best practices and emerging trends in the annuities domain.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance providing constructive feedback to foster professional growth and development.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment of business objectives and customer needs.
  • Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs within the annuities sector.
  • Coordinate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions in business processes.
  • Advocate for customer-centric approaches in all aspects of service delivery enhancing overall client satisfaction.
  • Support the hybrid work model by ensuring effective communication and collaboration among remote and onsite team members.

  • Qualifications

  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office applications utilizing them for efficient data management and reporting.
  • Possess extensive experience in Annuities New Business Claims Management and Agency Management driving successful outcomes.
  • Exhibit strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Have a solid understanding of Life and Annuities Insurance applying knowledge to optimize business processes.
  • Showcase excellent communication skills facilitating clear and effective interactions with team members and stakeholders.
  • Display leadership qualities motivating and guiding the team towards achieving strategic goals.
  • Adapt to the hybrid work model ensuring productivity and collaboration across different work environments.

  • Certifications Required

    Certified Annuities Specialist (CAS) Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS)
