Job Title: Application Debt and Automation Analyst
Location: Coimbatore, Chennai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Mumbai, Pune
About the Role:
We are seeking experienced Application Debt Analyst and Automation Specialist who can design solutions that align with the latest industry trends in automation. The role is about being a thought leader, problem solver and innovator in the automation space.
Analyse customers’ application ticket data and identify debt categories along with Optimization, Elimination & Automation opportunities to address the customer pain areas and opportunities. Ability to understand clients’ current tools / application landscape, propose future state and estimate Automation effort /FTE.
Responsibilities:
· Collaborate Solution Architects and BD Team to curve out the scope for GSA SS team from the customer RFP/RFI/RFS
· Perform Analysis on large volume of Application Ticket data from the customer to identify potential Automation and Elimination Opportunities and calculate the effort saving through potential ticket optimization
· Deep dive ticket analysis / volumetric analysis to generate various insights from the ticket data
· Estimate overall AMS Team size and Day 1 FTE
· Collaborate with Enterprise Automation Team to create winning Automation Solution for customers with Resource Load (RL), Bill of Material (BOM) and Implementation Roadmap
· Participate in deal review calls with various pursuit stakeholders on the deliverables / solution created by GSA SS
Skills Required:
· 5+ years of Industry Experience in IT with 2+ years hands-on experience in Ticket Data analysis, Ticket Volumetrics Analytics and Identifying Automation use cases.
· Up to date with latest advancement in automation technologies and offerings in the market such as GenAI, Agentic AI, RPA / ITPA, and proactively suggest their adoption
· Knowledge of ITSM tools, SLA, Estimation & Productivity.
· Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions.
· Exposure to solution architecture with strong knowledge of business processes, IT systems, trending Technologies and solutions to clients
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with proactive thinking.
· Exposure to analytics and visualization tools (Power BI & Dashboards).
· Excellent knowledge on ITIL. Certification preferred.
· Certifications on Automation platforms are good to have.
· Exposure on Hands-on in Estimation, Pricing & Resource Loading.
· Proficiency in Excel and PPT is must.
