Job Summary

The Engagement Portfolio Lead will oversee delivery management within a hybrid work model ensuring seamless project execution and client satisfaction. With 8 to 12 years of experience the candidate will drive strategic initiatives and optimize resource allocation. Responsibilities

  • Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address any deviations from planned outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align project objectives with organizational goals and client expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring open communication and understanding of their needs.
  • Analyze project data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement driving continuous enhancement of delivery processes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in delivery management.
  • Facilitate regular meetings with project teams to review progress and address any challenges.
  • Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential issues and ensure project continuity.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to leverage expertise and resources for optimal project outcomes.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong background in delivery management with proven experience in leading complex projects.

    • Certifications Required

    Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly recommended.
