Product Manager / Product Owner – Banking Digital Products
Location: Chennai (Preferred) | Bangalore | Hyderabad

Role Overview
We are seeking experienced Product Managers / Product Owners with a strong background in consumer-facing digital banking products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining and delivering product vision, driving digital transformation initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to build scalable and impactful banking solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and strategy aligned with business goals
- Translate business requirements into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Work closely with business, compliance, operations, and technology teams to execute product initiatives
- Lead Agile / SAFe Agile ceremonies and ensure end-to-end product delivery
- Prioritise backlog and manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch
- Drive development of customer-centric, consumer-facing digital applications
- Ensure alignment with regulatory and compliance requirements within the banking domain

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner in banking digital products
- Strong exposure to customer-facing / consumer applications
- Hands-on experience with Agile / SAFe Agile methodologies (end-to-end)
- Expertise in backlog management, sprint planning, and stakeholder management
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and functions
Education (Mandatory)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (BE / BTech / ME / MTech)
OR - MBA or equivalent qualification
Preferred Certifications
- SAFe PO/PM
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
- Certified Product Manager (CPM)
Candidate Preference
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred
- Willingness to work from Chennai (preferred location)
